Various edge events will be provided during the convergence, including natural fiber weaving workshops, traditional food preservation techniques sharing, demonstrations, as well as sharing of traditional perspectives on natural herbal medicine and health care. More information will be updated.

- In between IPC Conference and Convergence (Dec. 2 and 3), you can take time to have a city tour in Kaohsiung City or go to Taitung where the Convergence site is, to get settled down earlier. Tours/cultural/mountain hiking activities will be provided by our affiliating groups (may need to pay extra fee on site, depending on the content of the program )- Please note that these are not official IPC activities; but provided by our affiliating organizations. Please see below for the events, and more options will be updated)

After the IPC, if you are staying in Taiwan for some more time, you can visit permaculture farms or communities in other parts of Taiwan.
