Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy if you are planning to sign up for IPC and make sure you are 100% confident that you can and will attend before registering.

For IPC participants:

For Pre-IPC courses participants:

It is important and your responsibility to keep yourself safe, healthy and injury free before a course. Refunds are not given if you fall ill or have an accident that does not allow you to participate.
Please be aware that IPC is a not-for-profit event. We run the IPC with very small margins to keep the participation fee low. IPC activities require many logistics, including detailed scheduling, travel and accommodation of volunteers, IPC staff, venues hiring, caterings arrangements, and are confirmed months prior to the start date. It is for these reasons this refund policy exists to ensure the not-for-profit IPC and it’s participants, do not suffer from last minute cancellations.

The refund policy includes, but is not limited to:

Please keep all these reasons in mind when registering and paying for this event. Our ability to offer and run IPC depends on 2 years of effort by dozens of volunteers and we work hard to keep costs as low as possible. Knowing our participation numbers in advance and guaranteeing these numbers is essential to the operation of this major event for international permaculture communities. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at ipc15tw@earthpassengers.org before signing up.
